摘  要:为降低海上钻井气侵问题发生率,提高钻井施工效率与安全系数,推动海上钻井工作的经济性,简述了海上钻井气侵产生机理,对海上钻井气侵控制技术进行分析、研究。经论证分析得出,通过井筒气侵检测系统、钻井液气分离器、合理的钻井液性能、处理剂配置,可以有效减少气侵问题的发生。经工程试验,上述防治方式能有效控制气侵危害,具有一定的推广应用价值。In order to reduce the incidence of offshore drilling gas invasion,improve drilling construction efficiency and safety factor,and promote the economy of offshore drilling work,this article briefly describes the mechanism of offshore drilling gas invasion and analyzes and studies the control technology of offshore drilling gas invasion.Through argumentation and analysis,it is concluded that the occurrence of gas invasion can be effectively reduced through wellbore gas invasion detection system,drilling fluid gas separator,reasonable drilling fluid performance,and treatment agent configuration.Through engineering tests,the above prevention and control methods can effectively control the hazards of gas invasion and have certain promotion and application value.
