摘　　要：为了解决石油化工企业所用密封装置时常发生的泄漏问题,避免严重后果保证安全性。将在简单介绍石油化工机械密封结构的基础上,对可能造成石油化工机械密封泄漏的原因进行分析,包括平面度受损、破坏润滑性、动作性损坏等多因素。针对这些原因提出针对性解决对策,并结合石化机械密封泄漏实例,排查故障深入剖析制定维修策略,旨在为今后石油化工企业解决机械密封泄漏问题提供参考借鉴。In order to solve the leakage problem of the sealing device used in petrochemical enterprises,to avoid serious consequences and ensure safety.Based on the brief introduction of the structure of petrochemical mechanical seals,this study will analyze the possible causes of leakage of petrochemical mechanical seals,including flatness damage,damage lubrication,action damage and other factors.According to these reasons,the paper puts forward specific solutions,and combines the leakage of petrochemical mechanical seal with the example of troubleshooting and in-depth analysis to formulate maintenance strategies,aiming at providing reference for petrochemical enterprises to solve the problem of mechanical seal leakage in the future.
