摘 要:以压力容器制造过程出现焊接接头对口错边、焊接接头焊缝余高、焊接接头处棱角度等常见缺陷为例,采用三维软件建立压力容器的三维模型,分析不同焊接接头对口错边、不同焊接接头焊缝余高、不同焊接接头处棱角度对压力容器的应力疲劳影响。研究表明,随着焊接接头对口错边与焊接接头处棱角度的增加,压力容器的最大应力在逐渐增大;随着焊接接头焊缝余高对压力容器的最大应力影响不大;深入研究焊接接头对口错边与焊接接头处棱角对压力容器应力疲劳的影响,发现焊接接头对口错边对压力容器最大应力与疲劳寿命的影响比焊接接头处棱角大。通过上述分析可知,焊接接头对口错边在压力容器制造过程需严格控制制造工艺,防止焊接接头出现对口错边,提高压力容器的使用寿命。This article takes common defects such as misalignment of welded joints,excess height of welded joints,and angle of edges at welded joints in the manufacturing process of pressure vessels as examples.A three-dimensional model of pressure vessels is established using three-dimensional software,and the stress fatigue effects of different misalignment of welded joints,excess height of welded joints,and angle of edges at welded joints on pressure vessels are analyzed.Research has shown that as the misalignment of welded joints and the angle of edges at welded joints increase,the maximum stress of pressure vessels gradually increases;The maximum stress of the pressure vessel is not significantly affected by the excess height of the welded joint weld seam;In depth research has been conducted on the effects of misalignment of welded joints and edges at welded joints on stress fatigue of pressure vessels.It has been found that misalignment of welded joints has a greater impact on the maximum stress and fatigue life of pressure vessels than the edges at welded joints.Through the above analysis,it can be concluded that misalignment of welded joints requires strict control of the manufacturing process in pressure vessel manufacturing to prevent misalignment of welded joints and improve the service life of pressure vessels.
