摘 要:污水在远距离输送过程中会产生硫化氢(H_(2)S)、氨(NH_(3))、硫醇等恶臭气体,对泵站内的机械设备产生腐蚀作用,对泵站周边居民的身体健康和生活质量造成影响。随着国家环保力度的加大,环保标准的提升,人民群众对环境要求的不断提高,污水泵站的除臭系统就变得十分必要。以沈阳某污水泵站除臭系统为例,分析阐述了该泵站除臭系统的整体设计、除臭工艺和设备选型,以期为国内类似的污水泵站除臭项目提供案例参考。During the long-distance transportation of sewage,foul smelling gases such as hydrogen sulfide(H_(2)S),ammonia(NH_(3)),and mercaptan are produced,which cause corrosion to the mechanical equipment inside the pump station and affect the physical health and quality of life of residents around the pump station.With the increase of national environmental protection efforts,the improvement of environmental standards,and the continuous improvement of people's environmental requirements,the deodorization system of sewage pumping stations has become very necessary.This article takes the deodorization system of a sewage pumping station in Shenyang as an example to analyze and explain the overall design,deodorization process,and equipment selection of the deodorization system of the pumping station,in order to provide a case reference for similar domestic sewage pumping station deodorization projects.
