摘  要:通过对常德市172家加油站的现场采样和实验室分析,探究了加油站VOCs排放特征、排放限值和暴露风险。结果表明:(1)本次调查的常德市加油站的VOCs实测浓度在1.225~8.355 mg/m^(3),平均浓度为3.476 mg/m^(3),超过标准限值的有10家,超标率为5.814%;(2)超过标准限值的10家加油站中有8家加油站的油气回收气液比不达标;(3)通过呼吸的日均暴露量均分布在0.040 mg/(kg·d)以内,日均暴露量均超过0.080 mg/(kg·d)。定期开展泄漏检测与修复工作(LDAR)将极大地减少人群因VOCs泄漏带来的呼吸暴露风险。Through on-site sampling and laboratory analysis of 172 gas stations in Changde City,the emission characteristics,emission limits and exposure risks of VOCs in gas stations were explored.The results showed that:①The measured concentration of VOCs in gas stations in Changde City was 1.225~8.355 mg/m^(3),and the average concentration was 3.476 mg/m^(3).Ten gas stations exceeded the standard limits,with an over-standard rate of 5.814%.②Among the 10 gas stations exceeding the standard limits,8 gas stations did not meet the standard of gas-liquid ratio of oil and gas recovery.③The average daily exposure through breathing was distributed within 0.040 mg/(kg·d),and the average daily exposure was more than 0.080 mg/(kg·d).Regular leak detection and repair(LDAR)will greatly reduce the risk of respiratory exposure caused by VOCs leakage.
