摘　　要：聚丙烯是五大通用合成树脂之一,广泛运用于家电、医疗、汽车等领域。2023年我国聚丙烯产量再创新高,2024年聚丙烯产能必将再创新高,其安全管理也将面临新的挑战。目前我国聚丙烯生产工艺主要分为淤浆法、本体法、气相法及环管法,其中环管法是当下众多工艺中较为先进的工艺。本文分析了中安联合环管法聚丙烯生产中的风险因素,并从工程技术、管理、个体防护、应急管理四个方面提出安全管理措施。Polypropylene is one of the five general synthetic resins,widely used in household appliances,medical,automotive and other fields,in 2023 China's polypropylene production will hit a new high,2024 polypropylene production capacity will hit a new high,its safety management will also face new challenges.At present,the polypropylene production process in China is mainly divided into slurry method,bulk method,gas phase method and loop method,among which the loop method is the more advanced process.This paper analyzes the risk factors in the polypropylene production of the China-Anjiang joint loop method,and puts forward safety management measures from four aspects:engineering technology,management,individual protection and emergency management.
