摘 要:危险化学品毒性类别关系到重大危险的辨识及分级、压力容器的分类和设计、压力管道的分级和设计、安全仪表系统中有毒气体探测器的设计,影响工程设计的选材和安全设备的配置,但在工程设计中对危险化学品毒性分类颇有争议。梳理了危险化学品毒性分类的历史渊源和相关标准规范,分析总结工程设计中如何正确选用危险化学品毒性分类标准规范,供大家参考。The toxicity category of hazardous chemicals is related to the identification and classification of major hazards,the classification and design of pressure vessels,the classification and design of pressure piping,and the design of toxic gas detectors in safety instrumented systems,which affects the selection of engineering design and the configuration of safety equipment.However,the toxicity category of hazardous chemicals is controversial in engineering design.In this paper,the historical origin and relevant standards and specifications of the toxicity classification of hazardous chemicals are sorted out,and the correct selection of standards and specifications for the toxicity classification of hazardous chemicals in engineering design is summarized for your reference.
