摘 要:“位势”(Wei Shi)既是多学科的研究内容,也是具有中国文化含义的概念。本文用“位势”概念和相关理论阐释中国社会工作教育重建和发展,认为这种重建和发展是在众多宏观、中观和微观的社会生态系统中进行的。社会工作教育的承载者在社会生态系统中占有结构性位置并发挥能动性,从而获得相应的位势和发展。中国社会工作的进一步发展也应用好时势,获得更高位势,发挥优势效能。本文指出,“位势”可以成为阐释和分析社会工作发展的概念,并在理论上进行建构。Wei Shi(位势)is an important concept and subject of multidisciplinary research and also holds profound significance in the context of traditional Chinese culture.This article applies the concept of Wei Shi and related theories to explain the reconstruction and development of social work education in China.The author argues that the reconstruction and development of social work take place within multiple macro,meso,and micro social-ecological systems.The agents of social work education occupy structural positions within the social-ecological system and exert their agency,thereby gaining corresponding status and development.The further development of social work in China takes advantage of timing and circumstances,attains higher Wei Shi,and achieves greater efficacy.This article suggests that Wei Shi can be a valuable concept for analyzing the development trajectory of social work in China and aims to deepen its theoretical construction.
