摘 要:社会工作活化非物质文化遗产是文化社会工作的重要内容,对丰富中国文化建设和实施文化活化战略具有特殊意义。本文从文化社会工作角度,分析了G市L社区社会工作机构开展的竹编工艺非物质文化遗产活化项目“筑福行动”案例。研究发现,社会工作在实施“筑福行动”时要兼顾文化传承和社会服务的策略,挖掘竹编工艺社会性功能。这种策略渗透在社会工作活化竹编文化的主体化、生活化、公共化、社会化四个发展方向,引起非遗传承人、青少年、社区居民、游客等社会大众对竹编工艺内在特质的欣赏和喜爱,激活人们关注非遗文化的内在价值和集体情感的社会责任性消费。由此可见,社会工作活化非物质文化遗产,是通过激发非物质文化遗产的社会性功能,达成激活非物质文化遗产的社会责任性消费价值。The activation of intangible cultural heritage(ICH)through social work is an essential aspect of cultural social work,playing a crucial role in enriching China's cultural development and advancing cultural activation strategies.Unlike conventional ICH preservation efforts that focus primarily on documentation or transforming ICH into a productive economic resource,ICH activation driven by social work does not prioritize economic benefits but rather balances cultural activation and social services.This study examines the“Zhufu Action”project,a bamboo-weaving ICH activation initiative implemented by a social work agency in L Community,G City.The findings reveal that effective ICH activation through social work requires a dual focus:preserving cultural heritage while simultaneously addressing social service needs.Additionally,the activation process must uncover and enhance the social functions of traditional craftsmanship,ensuring its relevance and sustainability in modern society.The research identifies four interrelated development pathways in the social work activation of bamboo-weaving culture:subjectivization,objectivation,publicization,and socialization.Cultural subjectivization means that the bamboo-weaving craft needs to have its own cultural inheritors,who must learn the cultural knowledge of the bamboo-weaving craft.By organizing the first volunteer bambooweaving training course in the community and the labor bamboo-weaving course in schools,social workers expand the team of bamboo-weaving craftsmen,enabling the bamboo-weaving culture to move beyond the older generation and integrate into the lives of the younger generation.Cultural objectification involves presenting the craft knowledge mastered by the bamboo-weaving craft inheritors through the material or media form of bamboo-weaving products.Social workers use bamboo-weaving competitions and bamboo-weaving cultural festivals as platforms to motivate bambooweaving craftsmen to move beyond traditional concepts and flexibly utilize their skills to pro
