摘  要:运用ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立对称和非对称2种管板三维有限元模型,首先对2种模型7种不同工况进行应力分析,其次选取6条危险路径进行应力线性化处理和安全评定。结果表明,2种模型工况3、5、6、7由于有温度载荷的存在,应力急剧增大,属于危险工况;不对称模型管板与壳体连接处的最大应力出现在工况3;开车的时候,在工艺条件允许的情况下应该先开压力较低一侧的阀门;停车的时候,在工艺条件允许的情况下应该先关闭压力较高一侧的阀门;6条路径下2种模型7种操作工况全部应力评定安全。所得结论对于管板材料的选取和提高换热器的安全性和经济性具有参考意义。Using ANSYS finite element analysis software,two types of three-dimensional finite element models of symmetrical and asymmetrical tube sheets were established.Firstly,stress analysis was conducted on seven different working conditions of the two models.Secondly,six dangerous paths were selected for stress linearization and safety assessment.The results show that the two model operating conditions 3,5,6,and 7 have a sharp increase in stress due to the presence of temperature loads,which belong to dangerous operating conditions;The maximum stress at the connection between the asymmetric model tube plate and the shell occurs in operating condition 3;When startup,if the process conditions permit,the valve on the side with lower pressure should be opened first;When shutdown,if the process conditions permit,the valve on the side with higher pressure should be closed first;Under 6 paths,2 models and 7 operating conditions were evaluated for stress safety.The conclusions drawn have reference significance for the selection of tube sheet materials and the improvement of the safety and economy of heat exchangers.
