壳聚糖基复合海绵的制备及其止血性能

摘  要:战场、自然灾害和日常生活中伤员大出血的快速止血是创伤救治中的一个重要问题。通过将壳聚糖、氧化羟丙基甲基纤维素和生物活性玻璃混合,制备了壳聚糖/氧化羟丙基甲基纤维素/生物活性玻璃(COB)复合海绵,并研究了其止血性能。不同浓度COB的止血能力不同,其中COB_(10)的凝血指数(BCI)最小,为(13±1.4)%,SD大鼠肝损伤模型中,COB_(10)的止血时间为(23±1.4)s,较空白组缩短约68%,出血量较空白组减少约70%。设计制备的COB有望用于出血伤口的有效止血,为急救应用提供了一种新型的止血材料。Rapid hemostasis of massive bleeding in battlefield,natural disaster and daily life is an important problem in trauma treatment.Chitosan/oxyhydroxypropylmethyl cellulose/bioactive glass composite sponge(COB)was prepared by mixing chitosan,oxyhydroxypropylmethyl cellulose and bioactive glass,and their hemostatic performance was investigated.The hemostatic performance of different concentrations of COB was different,and the blood coagulation index(BCI)of COB_(10) was the lowest(13±1.4)%.In SD rat liver injury model,the hemostasis time of COB was(23±1.4)s,which was shortened by~68%and the blood loss was reduced by~70%compared with the blank group.The COB designed and prepared is expected to be used for effective hemostasis of bleeding wounds,providing a new hemostatic material for emergency applications.
