摘  要:以苯胺为单体、氧化石墨烯(GO)悬浮液为乳化剂,采用Pickering乳液法制备还原氧化石墨烯/聚苯胺(rGO/PANI)空心微球。采用红外、接触角、Zeta电位等技术对不同氧化程度的GO进行表征,探索了Pickering乳液的乳化条件,考察了GO氧化程度和电流密度对rGO/PANI空心微球电化学性能的影响。结果表明,以GO-3为Pickering乳化剂,ρ(乳化剂)=4 mg/mL,V(油)∶V(水)=1∶4,乳化效果最好。rGO-3/PANI试样的比电容最高,1 A/g电流密度下的比电容为234.7 F/g;电流密度从0.5 A/g升至10 A/g过程中,比电容保持率为67%;经过2000次循环充放电后,rGO-3/PANI试样的比电容保持率为86.3%,表明rGO-3/PANI试样是一种优异的超级电容器电极材料。Using aniline as monomer and graphene oxide(GO)dispersion as emulsifier,graphene/polyaniline(rGO/PANI)hollow microspheres were successfully fabricated by the Pickering emulsion method.GO with various oxidation degrees was characterized by modern technologies such as infrared,contact angle,Zeta potential,etc.The emulsification conditions of Pickering lotion were explored,and the effects of GO oxidation degree and current density on the electrochemical properties of rGO/PANI hollow microspheres were investigated.The research results indicated that the optimal emulsification conditions were:GO-3 as a granular emulsifier,emulsifier concentration of 4 mg/mL,and oil-water ratio of 1∶4.The rGO-3/PANI sample had the highest specific capacitance,with a specific capacitance of 234.7 F/g at a current density of 1 A/g.As the current density was raised from 0.5 A/g to 10 A/g,the specific capacitance retention rate amounted to 67%.After 2000 charge-discharge cycles,the specific capacitance retention rate of rGO-3/PANI sample reached as high as 86.3%.These results indicated that the rGO-3/PANI sample was an excellent electrode material for supercapacitors.
