摘  要:锂离子电池具有工作电压高、能量密度大等优点,在电动汽车动力电池和移动式电子设备中得到了广泛的应用。然而,当环境温度低于-40℃,其作为动力电池的可逆容量和续航里程均大幅度减小,严重阻碍了锂离子动力电池在中国北方城市的应用和推广。研究发现,使用电解液特种功能添加剂是提高锂离子电池整体性能的有效途径之一。二氟双草酸磷酸锂作为一种功能性电解液添加剂,有助于构建固体电解质界面膜,有效降低界面阻抗,钝化活性材料表面,抑制电解液的分解,提高电池长循环寿命和耐低温性能等,在锂离子电池中得到了广泛的研究与开发。主要介绍该添加剂的制备方法、化学性能及在锂离子电池中的应用,为二氟双草酸磷酸锂盐在电池和电化学领域中的产业化和推广提供参考和借鉴。Lithium-ion batteries have been widely used in portable electronic devices and electric vehicles due to their advantages of high operating voltage and high energy density.However,when the battery is working below-40℃,the reversible capacity and mileage of lithium-ion power batteries decay quickly,which seriously hinders the promotion and application of lithium-ion power batteries in northern cities.It is found that the use of electrolyte special functional additives is one of the effective ways to improve the properties of lithium-ion batteries.As a functional electrolyte additive,lithium difluorobisoxalate phosphate can help to construct a solid electrolyte interfacial(SEI)film,effectively reduce the interfacial impedance,passivate the surface of the active material,inhibit the decomposition of the electrolyte,and improve the long cycle life and low temperature resistance of the battery.So it has been widely studied and applied in lithium-ion batteries.This paper mainly introduces the preparation method,chemical properties and application of the additive in lithium-ion batteries,and provides reference and inspiration for the industrialization and promotion of lithium difluorobioxalate phosphate in the field of batteries and electrochemistry.
