新文科视域下农村社会工作人才创新性培养模式优化研究

摘　　要：在新文科视域下,针对乡村振兴战略对农村社会工作人才的迫切需求,探讨“田野+团队+项目”人才培养模式的构建与优化。该模式以田野调查作为实践场域,以项目为载体,依托教学科研团队,旨在培养具备农村人文素养和复合应用能力的农村社会工作人才。“田野”强调实地调研与文化教育相结合,“团队”由多元化教师团队、学生团队及社会实践导师团队构成,“项目”则涵盖创新训练计划、学术竞赛、社会服务、创新创业及科学研究等多个方面。该模式具有学科交叉与知识融合、理论与实践结合、改变社会服务边缘化以及优化人才培养评价体系等创新性。同时,该模式在实施过程中需要与思想育人、课程改革及平台建设深度融合。From the perspective of the new humanities studies,this paper explores the construction and optimization of the“field+team+project”talent training model in response to the urgent demand for rural social work talents in the rural revitalization strategy.This model,with fieldwork as the practical field,projects as the carrier,and relying on teaching and research teams,aims to cultivate rural social work talents with rural humanities studies literacy and compound application abilities.The“field”emphasizes the combination of field research and red cultural education,and the“team”is composed of diversified teachers teams,students teams,and social practice mentor teams.The“project”covers various aspects such as innovative training programs,and“project”covers various aspects such as innovative training programs,academic competitions,social services,innovation and entrepreneurship,and scientific research.This model is innovative in terms of interdisciplinary and knowledge integration,the combination of theory and practice,changing the marginalization of social services,and optimizing the evaluation system for talent cultivation.At the same time,the implementation of this model needs to be deeply integrated with ideological education,curriculum reform,and platform construction.
