摘　　要：在全球经济迅速发展和深刻变革的背景下,新质生产力成为推动经济高质量发展的关键动力。聚焦新质生产力在房地产领域的应用,探讨其赋能房地产业发展的路径。揭示了新质生产力的重要特征,包括创新性、数字化、智能化、融合性和绿色性等,指出了中国房地产市场正面临供求失衡、融资困难、投资减缓和环境污染等挑战,新质生产力为应对这些挑战提供了新思路。提出通过科学技术创新、数字智能化转型、绿色可持续发展、产业跨界融合及人才培养和引进等路径,推动房地产业的技术革新和产业升级,增强其市场竞争力和适应力。为房地产业的转型升级和高质量发展提供了有益的借鉴。In the context of rapid development and profound changes in the global economy,new quality productivity has become a key driving force to promote high-quality economic development.This paper focuses on the application of new quality productivity in the field of real estate,and discusses the path of enpowering the development of real estate industry.It reveals the important characteristics of new quality productivity,including innovation,digitalization,intelligence,integration and green,and points out that China’s real estate market is facing challenges such as supply-demand imbalance,financing difficulties,investment slowdown and environmental pollution.New quality productivity provides a new way to deal with these challenges.This paper proposes a path to promote the technological innovation and industrial upgrading of the real estate industry through scientific and technological innovation,digital intelligent transformation,green and sustainable development,industrial cross-border integration and talent training and introduction,so as to enhance its market competitiveness and adaptability.This study provides a useful reference for the transformation and upgrading of the real estate industry and high-quality development.
