摘　　要：土木工程国家级实验教学示范中心(北京工业大学)坚持“以人为本”为核心理念,积极推进实验教学的全面改革,探索新型实验教学模式,创新实验室管理机制,凝练优质实验教学资源,推动学科—专业一体化建设,并在运行管理机制、师资队伍建设与人才培养、平台信息化建设、实验教学改革研究、交流与示范辐射等方面取得显著成绩。实际应用结果显示,中心特色的“广义工程观”教育理念和“虚实结合、相互补充、注重综合、追求创新”的培养模式,能够有效激发学生参与创新实践的兴趣,并显著提升其积极性。这种模式为高素质创新型人才的培养提供了有力支持,同时在实践中发挥了重要的示范引领作用,为未来教育改革提供了新的思路和方法。Civil Engineering National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center(Beijing university of technology)adheres to the“people-oriented”as the core idea,actively promotes the comprehensive reform of experimental teaching,explores new experimental teaching mode,innovates laboratory management mechanism,concising high quality experimental teaching resources,promotes the construction of subject-professional integration,and has made remarkable achievements on the operation management mechanism,teaching staff construction and talent training,platform information construction,experimental teaching reform research,communication and demonstration radiation.The practical application results show that the educational concept of“broad engineering concept”of the center and the training mode of“combining virtual and reality,complementing each other,focusing on synthesis and pursuing innovation”can effectively stimulate students’interest in participating in innovative practice and significantly enhance their enthusiasm.This mode provides strong support for the cultivation of high-quality innovative talents,and at the same time it plays an important demonstration and leading role in practice,and provides new ideas and methods for the future education reform.
