摘　　要：随着科技的发展,既有建筑的智慧化改造成为提升建筑性能和满足现代生活需求的关键。分析了既有建筑改造智慧化提升的意义,探讨了智慧系统框架的关键要素,并结合具体案例阐述实施策略,旨在为既有建筑的高质量改造提供参考。With the development of science and technology,the intelligent transformation of existing buildings has become the key to improve the performance of buildings and meet the needs of modern life.This paper analyzes the significance of the intelligent improvement of the existing buildings,discusses the key elements of the intelligent system framework,and expounds the implementation strategy combined with specific cases,aiming to provide reference for the high-quality transformation of the existing buildings.
