摘 要:换流阀悬垂绝缘子是高压直流换流站的重要设备,均压环的优化设计是实现直流高电位场区绝缘子表面电场均匀分布的关键。利用COMSOL多物理场仿真搭建悬垂绝缘子静电场的二维轴对称仿真模型,以绝缘子均压环管径d、环径D和抬高距H为控制变量,以高压场区绝缘子片Z轴切向电场强度最大值的总和为目标函数,以目标函数的最小值为优化目标,采用Nelder-Mead单纯形算法优化仿真,分析换流阀悬垂绝缘子在有无均压环及最优尺寸情况下电动势和电场强度分布的均匀性及最大绝缘安全裕度。As an important equipment of HVDC converter station,the optimization design of voltage balance ring is the key to realize the uniform distribution of electric field on the insulator surface in DC high potential field.A two-dimensional axisymmetric simulation model of the electrostatic field of a hanging insulator is established by using COMSOL multi-physical field simulation,the objective function is the sum of the maximum values of the Z-axis tangential electric field strength of the insulators in the high voltage field,and the optimization objective is the minimum value of the objective function,the uniformity of electric potential and electric field intensity distribution and the maximum insulation safety margin of the suspension insulator with or without voltage equalization ring are analyzed.
