大豆CAX基因家族鉴定及GmCAX13单倍型分析

摘  要:阳离子/质子交换器(CAX)参与多种细胞生理功能调控。为探究CAX基因在大豆生长发育过程中的作用,文章通过生物信息学方法对大豆CAX基因家族进行鉴定和表达分析。结果表明,大豆全基因组中共鉴定获得15个GmCAX基因,被分为5个亚家族。共线性分析表明,共有11个GmCAX共线基因对。遇到非生物胁迫时,GmCAX基因表达呈上调趋势。单倍型分析可知,GmCAX13基因的CDS区域内包含与耐盐性相关的多态性位点。表明GmCAX13基因CDS区变异与大豆耐盐性相关,此基因可能为大豆耐盐基因。The cation/proton exchanger(CAX)is involved in the regulation of multiple cellular physiological functions.In order to explore the role of CAX genes in soybean growth and development,this article identified and analyzed the soybean CAX gene family through bioinformatics methods.The results showed that a total of 15 GmCAX genes were identified in the entire soybean genome and were divided into five subfamilies.Collinearity analysis of soybean genome-wide showed that there were 11 GmCAX collinear gene pairs.When encountering abiotic stress,GmCAX gene expression tended to be up regulated.Through haplotype analysis,it was found that the CDS region of the GmCAX13 gene contains polymorphic sites related to salt tolerance.This showed that the variation in the CDS region of the GmCAX13 gene was related to soybean salt tolerance,and this gene may be a soybean salt tolerance gene.
