摘 要:为探究植物生长调节剂对大豆生长的影响,文章以鄂豆8号为研究对象,分析叶面喷施不同浓度的亚硫酸氢钠对其农艺性状与产量的影响。结果表明,叶面喷施亚硫酸氢钠后,大豆株高、主茎节数及有效分枝数未发生显著变化,单株有效荚数、单株粒数、单株粒重及产量均显著增加。叶面喷施200 mg/L亚硫酸氢钠后,大豆平均产量最高,为3134.2 kg/hm^(2)。通过相关性分析发现,大豆产量与有效分枝数、单株有效荚数、单株粒数及单株粒重间均呈显著正相关。表明叶面喷施亚硫酸氢钠后,大豆单株有效荚数、单株粒数及单株粒重增加,促进产量提升。In order to explore the effect of plant regulators on soybean growth,the article took soybean Edou 8 as research object to explore the effects of spraying different concentrations of sodium bisulfite on agronomic properties and yield.The results showed that the plant height,the number of main stem nodes and the number of effective branches did not change significantly after spraying NaHSO_(3)on soybean leaf surface,but the number of effective pods per plant,the number of seeds per plant,the weight of seeds per plant and yieldincreased significantly.The highest yield was 3134.2 kg/ha under foliar spray 200 mg/L NaHSO_(3).Through correlation analysised,it was found that there was a significant correlation between soybean yield and the number of effective branches,the number of effective pods per plant,the grain weight per plant and the number of grains per plant,and there was a positive correlation trend.In conclusion,spraying NaHSO_(3)can significantly increase the number of effective pods per plant,the number of seeds per plant,and the weight of seeds per plant,thereby increased soybean yield.
