摘  要:【目的】以齐口裂腹鱼(Schizothorax prenanti)和金沙鲈鲤(Percocypris pingi)为亲本开展杂交,明确杂交子代是否具有正常的生长发育能力。【方法】将齐口裂腹鱼(S.prenanti)和金沙鲈鲤(P.pingi)杂交,获得正交组(SP)、反交组(PS)和齐口裂腹鱼自交组(SS),观察记录杂交子代胚胎发育特征,分析其受精率、孵化率、畸形率、存活率和生长性能。【结果】SP组和PS组的孵化率分别为(16.67±6.66)%、(15.67±2.31)%,显著低于SS组(P<0.05)。91日龄时,SP组和PS组的存活率分别为22%和14%,显著低于SS组(P<0.05)。SP组的畸形率约为33%,而PS组的畸形率高达90%。PS组的体重和全长均显著低于SP组和SS组(P<0.05)。【结论】试验首次证实了齐口裂腹鱼和金沙鲈鲤可进行远缘杂交,SP组可正常生长发育。【Objective】This study aimed to clarify whether the hybrid offspring have normal growth and development,using a crossbreeding was conducted between Schizothorax prenanti and Percocypris pingi.【Method】This study cross the Schizothorax prenanti with the Percocypris pingi hybridization obtained the orthologous progeny group(SP),the reciprocal progeny group(PS),and the self-seeding group of S.prenanti(SS).The developmental characteristics of hybrid offspring embryos were observed and recorded,and their fertilization rate,hatching rate,abnormality rate,survival rate and growth performance were analyzed.【Result】The hatching rates of the SP group and the PS group were(16.67±6.66)%and(15.67±2.31)%,which were significantly lower than those of the SS group(P<0.05).At 91 days of age,the survival rates of the SP group and the PS group were 22%and 14%,respectively,which were significantly lower than those of the SS group(P<0.05).The abnormality rate was about 33%in the SP group,whereas it was as high as 90%in the PS group.The body weight and full length of the PS group were significantly lower than those of the SP and SS groups(P<0.05).【Conclusion】This experiment demonstrated for the first time that S.prenanti and P.pingi can be distantly hybridized,of which the SP group can grow and develop normally.
