摘  要:【目的】研究MsSAUR33在植物叶片衰老过程中的功能。【方法】构建紫花苜蓿MsSUR33超表达植物载体,将其超表达于野生型拟南芥与紫花苜蓿中,并测定叶片衰老相关指标。【结果】随着叶片衰老,MsSAUR33下调表达。MsSAUR33超表达拟南芥和紫花苜蓿株系的叶绿素含量均显著高于野生型。进一步研究发现,脱落酸(ABA)处理导致MsSAUR33下调表达,且MsSAUR33能与ABA信号转导途径中的蛋白激酶MsSnRK2.3相互作用。【结论】MsSAUR33通过介导ABA信号转导途径在叶片衰老中发挥负调控作用。【Objective】This study is to investigate the function of MsSAUR33 during plant leaf senescence.【Method】An over-expression vector of MsSAUR33 from alfalfa was constructed and transformed into wild-type Arabidopsis thaliana(Arabidopsis)and alfalfa to measure the related indexes of leaf senescence.【Result】The expression of MsSAUR33 was found to be down-regulated during leaf senescence.Arabidopsis and alfalfa lines overexpressing MsSAUR33 exhibited significantly higher chlorophyll content compared to their wild-type plants.Further studies revealed that abscisic acid(ABA)treatment resulted in down-regulation of MsSAUR33,and MsSAUR33 was shown to interact with MsSnRK2.3,a protein kinase involved in ABA signal transduction.【Conclusion】MsSAUR33 plays a negative regulatory role in leaf senescence by mediating the ABA signal transduction.
