耕地细碎化、农户兼业对耕地流转的影响研究

摘　　要：【目的】在耕地细碎化与农业劳动力流失双重背景下,探讨西南地区农户耕地流转行为驱动因素,可为丘陵地区实现农业适度规模经营提供一定参考。【方法】基于西南地区538份微观农户调查数据,构建理论分析框架并运用有序Logit等实证模型,探讨耕地细碎化与农户兼业对耕地流转的影响。【结果】①耕地细碎程度负向影响农户耕地转入、正向影响农户耕地转出。②农户兼业水平抑制农户耕地转入、促进农户耕地转出。③农户兼业与耕地细碎化在对农户耕地流转的影响中相互调节,抵消或叠加原影响效应,低耕地细碎程度减弱农户兼业对耕地转入、转出的作用,高耕地细碎程度增强农户兼业对耕地转出的影响、覆盖其对耕地转入的影响,低农户兼业水平增强耕地细碎化对耕地转出的影响。【结论】通过劳动力转移推进土地流转,发展农业社会化服务缓解耕地细碎程度的影响,有助于提高西南地区耕地流转率,实现耕地规模化经营。【Objective】This study explores driving factors behind farmers'farmland transfer behaviors in Southwest China,considering the dual challenges of land fragmentation and agricultural labor migration.The findings provide valuable insights for achieving moderate-scale agricultural management in hilly and mountainous regions【.Method】Using micro-level survey data from 538 households in three counties of Sichuan province,this study constructs a theoretical framework and applies the ordered Logit model to examine the relationships between part-time households,farmland fragmentation,and land circulation.Additionally,group regression is used to explore the mutual adjustment effect between part-time households and land fragmentation.【Result】①The degree of land fragmentation negatively impacts farmland transfer-in and positively influences farmland transfer-out.②The level of part-time households inhibits farmland transfer-in and promotes farmland transfer-out.③Under mutual constraints,the effects of part-time households and farmland fragmentation on land circulation either counteract or reinforce each other.When land fragmentation is low,the effect of part-time households on land transfer is weakened.As land fragmentation increases,the effect of part-time households on farmland transfer-out is amplified,overshadowing the effect on farmland transfer-in.Additionaly,a low level of part-time households strengthens the effect of land fragmentation on farmland transfer-out,while a high level enhances this impact.【Conclusion】Promoting land circulation through labour migration and developing land trusteeship programs to mitigate land fragmentation will help increase the rate of farmland circulation and facilitate moderate-scale agricultural operation in the Southwest region.
