摘　　要：本文建立了罗布麻叶中6种黄酮类物质(木犀草苷、槲皮素、芦丁、金丝桃素、异槲皮苷、紫云英苷)的液相色谱-串联质谱法分析方法。样品为罗布麻叶醇提物,经BEH C_(18)柱分离,乙腈-0.05 M乙酸铵(含0.05%甲酸)流动相体系梯度洗脱,多反应监测(MRM)模式检测,外标法定量。结果表明,6种黄酮类化合物在0.05 mg/L~2.00 mg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.995,在0.05、0.15、0.25 mg/kg加标水平下,回收率为75.7%~109.9%,检出限(LOD)为0.015 mg/kg,定量限(LOQ)为0.05 mg/kg。该方法操作简便、灵敏度高、准确可靠,适用于罗布麻中6种黄酮的同时测定。A method for the simultaneous determination of six flavonoids was developed,including Cynaroside,quercetin,rutin,hypericin,isoquercitrin and astragalin in Apocynum venetum L.by using ultra high performance liquid chromatogra-phy-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).The sample was extracted using alcohol in Apocynum venetum L.,separated by a BEH C_(18) column,eluted with acetonitrile-0.05M ammonium acetate(containing 0.05%formic acid)mobile phase system gradient.The target compounds were determined by UPLC-MS/MS under multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode,and then quantified by external standard method using the standard solution.The calibration curves showed good linearity in the range of 0.05 mg/L-2.00 mg/L with correlation coefficients greater than 0.995.The recoveries of the six flavonoids spiked at three levels ranged from 75.7%-109.9%.The limit of detection(S/N≥3)and limit of quantification(S/N≥10)were calculated to be 0.015 mg/kg and 0.05 mg/kg,respectively.The established method was simple,sensitive,accurate and reliable,could be applied to the simultaneous determination of six flavonoids in Apocynum venetum L.
