摘　　要：可降解塑料制品的安全性关乎食品质量安全,测定可降解塑料餐(饮)具中18种塑化剂的迁移风险,探究迁移规律,对可降解塑料制品的安全性能进行评价。以市售和生产企业可降解塑料吸管、杯子、叉子、勺子等为研究对象,采用气相色谱-质谱法对样品中18种邻苯二甲酸酯迁移量迁移量进行检测。结果显示,29个样品中,有18个样品检出塑化剂,检出率为62.1%,4种塑化剂均有检出,检出率为22.2%,其中,DBP、DIBP的检出率较高,分别为65.5%和58.6%。结果表明,目前可降解塑料餐(饮)具塑化剂迁移率的检出率较高,需加强监测。The safety of degradable plastic products is related to food quality and safety.To determine the migration risk of 18 plasticizers in degradable plastic dining utensils,explore migration patterns,and evaluate the safety performance of degrad-able plastic products.Using biodegradable plastic straws,cups,forks,spoons,from commercial and production enterprises as research objects,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to detect the migration of 18 phthalate esters in samples.The results showed that 18 out of the 29 samples tested had detectable plasticizers,with a detection rate of 62.1%,all four types of plasticizers were detected,with a detection rate of 22.2%.In particular,the detection rates of DBP and DIBP were high,at 65.5%and 58.6%,respectively.The results show that the detection rate of plasticizers migration in degradable plas-tic tableware is relatively high at present,and it is necessary to strengthen monitoring.
