摘 要:宿州新一代N型高效太阳能电池片项目钢结构厂房屋面原设计TPO卷材在钢屋面板之下,钢板固定时需穿透卷材从而存在渗漏隐患。改进后的设计采用了由0.6 mm厚屋面防护钢板与1.8 mm厚TPO防水卷材组成的TPO复合功能板(北新防水OIPS-129复合功能板),减少了施工工序,提高了防水可靠性。本文介绍了该项目的防水构造做法,屋面施工工艺,以及屋脊、内檐沟、落水口等细部节点的防水做法。For the steel structure roof of the new-generation N-type high-efficiency solar cell project in Suzhou City,the original design had TPO membrane positioned beneath the steel roof panels.However,the steel plates needed to penetrate the membrane during fixation,posing a potential leakage risk.TPO combined functional board(OIPS-129 combined functional board from BNBM Waterproof)is adopted for the improved design,which consists of a 0.6 mm thick roof protective steel plate and a 1.8 mm thick TPO waterproofing membrane.It simplifies the construction process and enhances waterproofing reliability as well.This article introduces the waterproofing construction method,roof construction process and waterproofing techniques for details such as ridges,inner eaves gutters and downspouts etc.in this project.
