摘　　要：传统混凝土屋面防水层、保温层、找坡层和保护层等构造层次都是采用分层施工的方式进行的,施工过程中存在交叉作业相互影响的问题。本项目所采用的PVC型防水保温一体化板,是将PVC防水层和XPS保温层在工厂一次性热压复合成板,减少了屋面构造层次,简化了屋面施工工序;板材施工采用湿铺法,环境适应性强,施工效率高。本文详细介绍了该防水保温一体化板在武汉某产业园混凝土屋面上的具体应用,包括屋面施工工艺和防水节点处理方法。Traditional concrete roofing systems typically consist of multiple layers,including a waterproofing layer,insulation layer,slope-making layer and protective layer,which are constructed separately,leading to issues of cross-operation and mutual interference during the construction process.The PVC-type waterproofing and insulation integrated board used in this project is produced by hot-pressing a PVC waterproofing layer and an XPS insulation layer together in the factory,reducing the number of roofing layers and simplifying the roofing construction process.The board is installed using a wet-laid method,which has strong environmental adaptability and high construction efficiency.This article details the specific application of this waterproofing and insulation integrated board on the concrete roof of an industrial park in Wuhan,including the roofing construction process and waterproofing detail treatment methods.
