摘　　要：总结高辉教授治疗乙型病毒性肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)阳性并血脂异常的临证经验。高辉教授认为感染乙型肝炎病毒,正虚而发,肝失疏泄,膏脂异常为关键病机;认为该病属本虚标实,肝肾不足为本,疫毒博结、膏脂异常为标;高教授在诊疗过程中,素好中西相协,以中医辨证论治为基础,结合西医相关药理知识,清肝解毒与化浊降脂同步,又兼顾保肝扶正,常用自拟方表抗方加减,多管齐下,中西合璧,疗效确切。Summarizing Professor Gao Hui's clinical experience in treating hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg)-positive patients with dyslipidemia,Professor Gao believes that hepatitis B virus infection occurs when the body's vital energy is deficient,leading to impaired liver function and abnormal lipid metabolism,which he identifies as the key pathological mechanism.He classifies the condition as primarily a deficiency syndrome with excess manifestations,with liver and kidney insufficiency as the root cause,and the accumulation of epidemic toxins and abnormal lipid metabolism as the secondary factors.In his clinical practice,Professor Gao emphasizes the integration of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,using TCM syndrome differentiation as the foundation,while incorporating relevant pharmacological knowledge from Western medicine.His treatment approach involves simultaneously clearing liver heat and detoxifying,transforming turbidity,and reducing lipids,while also protecting the liver and supporting the body's vital energy.He often utilizes his own modified formula,Biaokang Decoction,applying a multifaceted treatment approach,blending both Chinese and Western therapies,with clear and effective results.
