摘　　要：原发性肝癌是各种慢性肝病进展的最终阶段,我国肝癌的患病率高于世界平均水平,且预后较差。目前针对肝癌的系统治疗主要是免疫和靶向治疗。髓源性抑制细胞(MDSCs)是一组具有免疫调节功能的细胞,在慢性炎症、感染、自身免疫等疾病中发挥免疫抑制的作用。近年来,大量研究发现MDSCs通过调节先天免疫和适应性免疫促进肝癌的发生发展,因此,抑制MDSCs的增殖和活性对于肝癌的治疗尤为关键。目前临床上尚缺乏有效抑制MDSCs的药物,而中医药防治肝癌以多靶点、多通路等独特优势取得了较好的临床效果。许多研究均显示MDSCs是中医药治疗肿瘤的重要靶点,调控MDSCs的增殖和活性可改善免疫微环境,增强免疫功能,抑制肝癌进展。但是目前国内外还未见到该领域系统的回顾和总结,故对MDSCs在肝癌发病过程中的作用,以及中药复方和单体对MDSCs的干预作用进行总结,为肝癌的中医药临床治疗和基础研究提供参考。Primary liver cancer is the final stage in the progression of various chronic liver diseases,and the incidence of liver cancer in China is higher than the world average and has a poorer prognosis.Current systemic therapies for liver cancer are mainly immunological and targeted therapies.Myeloid-derived suppressor cells(MDSCs)are a group of cells with immunomodulatory functions that play a role in suppressing immune responses in chronic inflammation,infection,and autoimmune diseases.In recent years,numerous studies have found that MDSCs promote the occurrence and development of liver cancer by modulating innate and adaptive immunity.Therefore,inhibiting the proliferation and activity of MDSCs is particularly critical for the treatment of liver cancer.Currently,there is a lack of effective measures to inhibit MDSCs in clinical practice,and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has unique advantages in preventing and treating liver cancer with multiple targets and pathways.A large number of studies have shown that MDSC is an important target for TCM treatment of tumor.Regulating the proliferation and activity of MDSCs can improve the immune microenvironment,enhance immune function,and inhibit liver cancer progression.However,there is currently no systematic review and summary of this field in China and abroad.Therefore,we summarized the regulation of the MDSCs and its role in the pathogenesis of liver cancer,as well as the interventional effects of TCM compounds and monomers on MDSCs.This study is expected to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of liver cancer with TCM and basic research.
