摘 要:为了提升消防救援手套的佩戴舒适性与工效性,提出一种基于手部皮肤形变的手套合体度优化流程,该流程包括三维手部模型开发、佩戴工效性测评、三维虚拟设计,量化分析不同手部作业下的皮肤形变规律,结合手套佩戴实验结果,从虚拟视角下探究消防救援手套合体度的改进设计。研究结果表明:手背侧皮肤纵向拉伸显著,中指关节处围度变化幅度大,因此在改进上可以优化手指长度和指关节围度的松量配比。经优化后的消防手套更加贴合手部体表形态,可改善手套穿着的合体度,同时增加作业人员的安全性。To enhance the wearing comfort and operational ergonomics of firefighting gloves,an optimization process of glove fit based on hand skin deformation was developed,including the development of 3D hand model,wearing ergonomics evaluation,and 3D virtual design.The skin deformation laws under different hand operations were quantitatively analyzed,and combining with the experimental results of glove wearing,the improved design of firefighting glove fit was studied under a virtual perspective.The results show that the longitudinal stretch of the dorsal hand skin is significant,and the circumference of the middle finger joint changes greatly.Therefore,the looseness ratio of finger length and finger joint circumference can be optimized in improvement.The optimized firefighting gloves are more suitable for the body surface morphology of hand,which can improve the gloves wearing fit and increase the safety of operators.
