多孔材料和碳酸氢钠协同抑制氢气爆炸的实验研究

摘  要:利用自主搭建的激波管实验系统,对30%体积分数的氢气爆炸传播特性进行实验研究,分别考察不同规格的多孔材料和不同质量的碳酸氢钠单独以及同时作为抑爆介质的效果。研究结果表明:PPI60聚氨酯多孔材料对氢气爆炸有明显的抑制效果,当填充率从95%下降到50%时,火焰淬熄距离也变长;PPI10聚氨酯多孔材料对氢气爆炸起到明显的促进作用,填充率95%时,最大爆炸压力为空白实验条件下的3.9倍;填充率为50%时,管道下游端的最大爆炸压力增加到空白实验条件下的7.1倍。此外,当单独使用碳酸氢钠作为抑爆介质时,质量浓度越大,对氢气爆炸的促进效果越明显。当碳酸氢钠与PPI60聚氨酯多孔材料同时作为抑爆介质时,碳酸氢钠质量浓度越大,抑制效果越明显。反之,与PPI10聚氨酯多孔材料同时作为抑爆介质时,会进一步促进氢气爆炸。研究结果可为提高氢气爆炸防护效果、优化安全设计和促进新型防爆材料应用提供重要的理论和实践参考。The experimental study on the explosion propagation characteristics of hydrogen with 30%volume fraction was carried out by using an self-built shock tube experimental system,and the effect of different specifications of porous materials and different masses of sodium bicarbonate as the medium of explosion suppression alone and simultaneously was investigated.The results show that the PPI60 polyurethane porous material has a significant suppression effect on hydrogen explosion,and the flame quenching distance becomes longer when the filling ratio decreases from 95%to 50%.The PPI10 polyurethane porous material significantly contributes to hydrogen explosion,with the maximum explosion pressure being 3.9 times that of the blank experimental condition at 95%filling ratio,and the maximum explosion pressure downstream of the pipe increasing to 7.1 times that of the blank experimental condition at 50%filled rate.Moreover,when the sodium bicarbonate is used as the explosion suppression medium alone,the greater the mass concentration,the more effective the promotion of hydrogen explosion.When the sodium bicarbonate and PPI60 polyurethane porous material are used as the explosion suppression medium simultaneously,the greater the mass concentration of sodium bicarbonate,the more obvious the suppression effect.On the contrary,when PPI10 polyurethane porous material is used as the explosion suppression medium simultaneously,it will further promote the hydrogen explosion.The research results can provide important theoretical and practical reference for improving the protective effect of hydrogen explosion,optimizing the safety design and promoting the application of new explosion-proof materials.
