摘  要:为了解决小煤柱沿空掘巷过程中区段煤柱矿压显现剧烈的问题。采用理论分析、数值模拟和灰色关联度相结合的方法,探讨小煤柱沿空掘巷切顶卸压应力调控机理,分析不同参数条件下小煤柱围岩应力场的分布特征。研究结果表明:在选取的切顶角度范围内,巷道围岩支承压力随着切顶角度增加先减小后增大。选取不同切顶位置,通过不同切顶角度得出的支承压力对比可知,采空区侧切顶比巷道侧切顶效果好。切顶高度越高,切顶效果越好,在切顶超过27 m且随着切顶高度的增加,围岩所受支承压力会继续降低,但其降低程度将逐渐减小。通过切顶与不切顶条件下煤柱的支承压力对比,切顶后的支承压力降低,巷道变形量减小,围岩变形得到有效的控制,切顶效果明显。通过灰色关联度分析得出影响小煤柱沿空掘巷切顶卸压效果的主要因素是煤柱宽度。研究结果可为沿空掘巷围岩应力调控技术提供参考。In order to solve the problem of severe mine pressure appearance of section coal pillar in the process of small coal pillar gob-side entry driving,the method combining the theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and grey relational analysis was used to discuss the stress regulation mechanism of roof cutting and pressure relief in the small coal pillar gob-side entry driving,and the distribution characteristics of surrounding rock stress field of small coal pillar under different parameter conditions were analyzed.The results show that in the selected range of roof cutting angle,the abutment pressure of surrounding rock of roadway decreases first and then increases with the increase of roof cutting angle.By selecting different roof cutting positions and comparing the abutment pressure obtained from different roof cutting angles,it can be seen that the effect of roof cutting on goaf side is better than that on roadway side.The higher the roof cutting height is,the better the roof cutting effect is.When the roof cutting height is more than 27 m and with the increase of roof cutting height,the abutment pressure of surrounding rock will continue decrease,but the degree of reduction will gradually decrease.By comparing the abutment pressure of coal pillar under the condition of roof cutting and non-roof cutting,the abutment pressure after roof cutting is reduced,the deformation of roadway is reduced,the deformation of surrounding rock is effectively controlled,and the effect of roof cutting is obvious.Through the grey relational analysis,it is concluded that the main factor affecting the effect of roof cutting and pressure relief in small coal pillar gob-side entry driving is the width of coal pillar.The research results can provide reference for the stress regulation technology of surrounding rock in gob-side entry driving.
