摘 要:为辨析在可持续发展目标下复杂城市环境影响城市基础设施韧性的复杂因果机制,基于“技术-组织-环境”框架和整体图的经验象限,构建包含多重复杂因素的TOE-E拓展框架,结合模糊集定性比较分析和必要条件分析方法,识别L省14个地级市的城市基础设施韧性组态路径。研究结果表明:教育水平是构成期望城市基础设施韧性的唯一必要条件;期望和非期望城市基础设施韧性结果对应的组态路径各4条;潜在替代或互补关系是构成不同路径中条件组合间替代关系的原因。研究结果可为城市基础设施韧性组态路径识别与分析提供参考。In order to analyze the complex causal mechanism of the impact of complex urban environment on the urban infrastructure resilience under the goal of sustainable development,a TOE-E extension framework containing multiple complex factors was constructed based on the“technology-organization-environment”framework and the experiential quadrants of integral map.Combining the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)method and the necessary condition analysis(NCA)method,the configuration paths of urban infrastructure resilience of 14 prefecture-level cities in L Province were identified.The results show that the educational level constitutes the sole necessary condition for the expected urban infrastructure resilience.There are 4 configuration paths corresponding to the expected and unexpected urban infrastructure resilience results,respectively.The potential substitution or complementary relationship is the reason for the substitution relationship between conditional combinations in different paths.The research results can provide reference for the identification and analysis on the configuration paths of urban infrastructure resilience.
