行业高校创新型人才的供给困境与破解路径研究

摘　　要：作为行业高校的典型代表,高等农业院校是农业发展的人才基地,肩负着为实现农业现代化和农业强国培养农科创新型人才的重要使命。基于1237份问卷调查,对高等农业院校创新型人才培养现状进行了实证分析。研究表明,高等农业院校创新型人才培养的供给理念缺乏远大追求、供给目标偏离产业需求、学生实践供给条件较差、教师实践供给能力较弱、有效产业人才供给不足、产业人才供给方式落后、供给质量与产业需求结构失衡、产业优质人才供给反馈较差。检视农科创新型人才培养困境,在此基础上探索破解路径来强化高质量针对性供给,对于我国农业强国建设和创新型国家建设具有重要理论意义和实践价值。As quintessential examples of industry-specific higher education institutions,agricultural colleges and universities serve as a cornerstone for talent development,bearing the crucial responsibility of nurturing innovative agricultural science professionals essential for achieving agricultural modernization and establishing China as an agricultural powerhouse.An analysis of the current state of innovative talent at agricultural universities was conducted using data from 1,237 questionnaires.The research reveals several issues:the concept of innovative talent training lacks a sense of high aspiration,the training objectives are misaligned with industry needs,students face inadequate practical training opportunities,faculty members exhibit limited practical training capabilities,there is a shortage of effective industry-ready talent,the talent supply model is outdated,the quality of talent supply is not balanced with the structure of industry demand,and the feedback loop for high-quality talent supply to the industry is underdeveloped.Addressing the challenges in the cultivation of innovative agricultural talent and exploring viable solutions to enhance targeted high-quality talent supply holds significant theoretical importance and practical value for the development of China s agricultural strength and its journey towards becoming an innovative nation.
