摘　　要：作为加快“产教+科教”双重融合以及发展农业新质生产力的新型组织载体,涉农高校产业研究院呈现出蓬勃发展的态势。找准功能定位是实现涉农高校产业研究院可持续发展的必然要求,生态位理论对解析其功能定位问题具有一定的适切性。本研究引入多维超体积生态位理论,基于时空生态位、功能生态位和资源生态位三方面构建涉农高校产业研究院三维生态位分析框架,并分别从这三个维度对其所处的生态位进行剖析。涉农高校产业研究院在快速发展、蓬勃建设的同时,其生态位存续过程仍面临生态位适应不良、功能生态位泛化、资源生态位狭窄等困境。为此,文章提出生态位优化策略建议,以期为未来涉农高校产业研究院建设和发展提供参考。Currently,Industrial Research Institutes at Agricultural Universities,acting as innovative organizational vehicles to accelerate the dual integration of“industry-education and science-education”and to cultivate new quality productive forces in agriculture,are undergoing vigorous growth.Accurately identifying their functional positioning is essential for the sustainable development of these institutes.Ecological Niche theory provides a relevant framework for analyzing their functional positioning issues.This study introduces the multidimensional hypervolume niche theory and constructs a three-dimensional niche analysis framework for these institutes,based on temporal-spatial niche,functional niche,and resource niche.It then dissects their niche characteristics from these three dimensions.Despite their rapid development and prosperity,the process of niche sustainability for these institutes still faces challenges such as niche maladaptation,functional niche generalization,and narrow resource niches.Therefore,the paper proposes niche optimization strategies,aiming to offer guidance for the future construction and development of Industrial Research Institutes at Agricultural Universities.
