摘 要:高等农林院校是强农兴农的“国之重者”,是培养发展农业新质生产力主力军的摇篮。在新农科建设背景下,华南农业大学卢永根书院以人才培养理念、方法、平台改革创新回应新农科人才培养改革的时代诉求。要充分认识到以书院制模式推动的新农科人才培养改革仍面临着思想观念、组织、技术等困境。卢永根书院在实践中探索出了“知-信-行”新农科人才培养实践路径,并积极探索人工智能赋能新农科人才培养改革的拓新之路,由此为高等农林高校的人才培养改革提供宝贵的实践经验与启示。Higher agricultural and forestry colleges and universities are the“pillars of the nation”for strengthening and invigorating agriculture,serving as the cradle for nurturing and developing the main force behind new agricultural productive forces.Against the backdrop of constructing the Emerging Agricultural Education,the Lu Yonggen Academy of South China Agricultural University responds to the demands of reforming new agricultural science talent training with innovative ideas,methods,and platforms for talent development.It is essential to fully acknowledge that the reform of talent cultivation in the Emerging Agricultural Education,driven by the academy system,still encounters challenges in ideological concepts,organization,and technology.The Lu Yonggen Academy has explored a practical path of“knowledge-belief-action”in the cultivation of new agricultural talents and actively pursued a new route for artificial intelligence to empower the reform of new agricultural talent cultivation,offering valuable practical experience and inspiration for the talent cultivation reform in higher agricultural and forestry universities.
