企业数字化转型能否促进产学研突破性创新?

摘　　要：基于2009—2020年沪深A股上市公司的微观数据,从突破性创新的数量与质量两方面探讨了企业数字化转型对产学研协同创新水平的影响及其内在机制。研究发现,企业数字化转型显著提升了产学研突破性创新的质量,且质量提升的效果优于数量增长。进一步分析表明,企业数字化转型通过增强自主创新能力和强化政府创新支持两大渠道,推动了突破性创新水平的提升。此外,国家大学科技园和企业高端人才对数字化转型促进突破性创新的数量与质量具有显著的正向调节作用,而地区合作资源则仅对创新数量有正向影响。Using microdata from A-share listed companies on the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges from 2009 to 2020,this paper explored the impact of enterprise digital transformation on the level of industry-academia-research collaborative innovation and its internal mechanisms,focusing on both the quantity and quality of breakthrough innovations.The findings reveal that enterprise digital transformation significantly enhances the quality of breakthrough innovations in industry-academia-research collaboration,with the improvement in quality exceeding the growth in quantity.Further analysis indicates that enterprise digital transformation enhances breakthrough innovation through two main channels:strengthening autonomous innovation capabilities and reinforcing government innovation support.Additionally,national university science parks and high-end talent have significant positive moderating effects on both the quantity and quality of breakthrough innovations driven by digital transformation,while regional collaboration resources positively impact the innovation quantity only.
