摘 要:为改善铜碳纯纺纱的色泽及性能,对棉/铜碳复合涤纶按照65∶35(质量比)的比例进行混纺,棉中分别含有不同颜色(红、黄、蓝)、比例为10%(质量比)的染色棉。对生产出的生条、一并条、二并条、三并条以及混纺纱分别进行取样,并对其混纺纤维半成品和成纱质量进行检测。试验结果表明:染色棉的加入在一定程度上改善了铜碳纤维的色泽;加入蓝色棉时,纱线+200%棉结指标和毛羽指标较好,但是粗节指标相对较差;3种混色棉对纱线强度和条干指标的影响不明显。To improve the color and performance of pure copper-carbon spinning yarn,cotton and copper-carbon composite polyester were blended according to the ratio of 65∶35(mass ratio),and the cotton contained dyed cotton of different colors(red,yellow,and blue)with a proportion of 10%(mass ratio).Samples of raw strips,combined strips,two parallel strips,three parallel strips,and blended yarn were taken respectively,and the quality of semi-products and finished yarn blended fiber was tested.The results show that the color of copper carbon fiber can be improved by adding dyed cotton to some extent.When blue cotton is added,the yarn+200%nep and hairiness indexes are better,but slub index is relatively poor.Furthermore,the effects of three kinds of mixed cotton on yarn strength and evenness indexes are not apparent.
