缠绕低损伤工艺对T800碳纤维及复合材料性能的影响

摘  要:大尺寸固体火箭发动机复合材料壳体通常采用碳纤维/环氧树脂缠绕技术。缠绕过程中与纱辊摩擦作用显著损伤纤维,导致碳纤维复合材料壳体纤维强度发挥率不高,且碳纤维起毛、断丝等现象的损伤机理不明。因此,采用纤维缠绕设备,研究了缠绕张力、缠绕速率关键工艺参数对碳纤维束摩擦损伤及其复合材料性能的影响。通过对比磨损前后碳纤维束的拉伸断裂强力、NOL环复合材料的拉伸强度、毛丝量和表面浆膜形态评价了其磨损程度,并建立与力学性能之间的关系。随着缠绕张力的增大,碳纤维束的磨损程度逐渐加剧,而NOL环力学性能则呈现先增加后减小的趋势;当缠绕速率逐渐增大时,碳纤维磨损程度也增大,而断裂强力则是先缓慢降低,当大于某阈值时,则快速下降,与NOL环拉伸强度趋势基本一致。所得纤维缠绕工艺关键参数及结论,可为大尺寸T800碳纤维复材壳体纤维强度发挥率的提升提供借鉴。The large-size solid rocket composite case usually adopts the winding technology of carbon fiber/epoxy resin.During the winding process,the friction with the yarn roller significantly damages the fiber,resulting in the low strength of the carbon fiber composite case,and the damage mechanism of the carbon fiber fuzzing and broken is unknown.In this paper,the effects of winding tension and winding rate on the frictional damage of carbon fiber bundles and the properties of the composites were studied by means of filament winding equipment.The degree of wear was evaluated by comparing the tensile strength of carbon fiber bundles,tensile strength of NOL ring composite,the amount of fiber and the morphology of serosa before and after wear,and the relationship between mechanical properties and wear degree was established.With the increase of winding tension,the wear degree of carbon fiber bundle increases gradually,while the mechanical properties of NOL ring increase firstly and then decrease.When the winding speed increases gradually,the wear degree of carbon also increases,and the breaking strength decreases slowly at first,and then decreases rapidly when the winding speed is greater than a certain threshold,which is basically consistent with the trend of tensile strength of NOL ring.The key parameters and conclusions of filament winding process can be used for reference to enhance the fiber strength performance of large-size T800 carbon composite case.
