摘  要:对比几种不同熔融流动指数的聚丙烯基料基本物性,并利用旋转流变仪、差示扫描量热法(DSC)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)和万能材料试验机等测试分析手段,系统地研究了不同PP基体材料的力学性能、结晶性能、流变性能对于发泡过程的影响。结果表明,E02ES的黏弹性较好,发泡倍率高、结晶温度低,泡孔结构较理想,而其他PP材料发泡倍率低、泡孔破裂以及发泡质量差,E02ES可作为发泡基料用于汽车部件、运动器材、建筑及包装等领域。The basic physical properties of several polypropylene(PP)base materials with different melt flow indices were compared.Utilizing testing and analysis methods such as rotational rheometers,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),and universal material testing machines,the effects of the mechanical properties,crystallization properties,and rheological properties of different PP matrix materials on the foaming process were systematically investigated.The results indicated that E02ES exhibited good viscosity and elasticity,high foaming ratio,low crystallization temperature,and ultimately yielded an ideal cell structure.In contrast,other PP materials exhibit low foaming ratio,cell rupture,and poor foaming quality.E02ES can be used as a foaming base material for applications in automotive components,sports equipment,construction,packaging,and other fields.
