摘  要:通过对过氧硫化体系天然橡胶进行荧光紫外人工加速老化试验,研究了老化前以及老化400h、800h、1200h、2000h和3000h的外观、力学性能、红外结构、玻璃化转变温度及交联密度的变化。结果表明,老化2000h后橡胶完全失效,橡胶变硬、表面产生裂纹,失去弹性,力学性能大幅下降,玻璃化转变温度向高温段移动。结合红外谱图及交联密度变化可知天然橡胶老化机理为,橡胶分子链先是断链反应,后期新的交联反应占据优势。The peroxide vulcanization system natural rubber was aged with fluorescence ultraviolet radiation.The changes of natural rubber in appearances,mechanical properties,infrared structure,glass transition temperature,and crosslinking density before and after aging 400 h,800 h,1200 h,2000 h,and 3000 h were studied.The results show that after aging for 2000 hours,the rubber completely fails,it becomes hard,cracks appear on the surface,loses elasticity,and mechanical properties significantly decrease.The glass transition temperature becomes higher.Based on the infrared spectrum and changes in crosslinking density,we can concluded that natural rubber chains undergo chain breaking reaction first,and then new crosslinking reactions dominate.
