摘　　要：对EPDM/EVM共混胶制备无卤阻燃橡胶材料进行了研究,结果表明,当EPDM/EVM共混胶的共混比例为80/20、阻燃剂氢氧化铝添加量为100份时,共混体系具有良好的硫化特性和工艺性能以及较好的力学性能,无需配合其它阻燃剂,即可达到FV-0级无卤阻燃性能。Experiments and explorations were conducted on the preparation of halogen-free flame-retardant rubber materials by blending EPDM/EVM.The results showed that when the blending ratio of EPDM/EVM was 80/20 and the amount of flame retardant aluminum hydroxide added was 100 parts,the blend system had good processing and vulcanization properties,as well as good mechanical properties.Without the need for other flame retardants,it could achieve FV-0 level halogen-free flame-retardant performance.
