摘  要:针对高性能乳化沥青施工和易性差的问题,以长期储存稳定性、恩格拉黏度和乳化沥青破乳时间为评价指标,通过室内试验研究了乳化剂类型及掺量、沥青固含量、助剂对改性乳化沥青性能的影响,确定乳化沥青施工和易性的提升方案。研究结果表明,采用A型乳化剂,其掺量为1.2%,沥青固含量为(A-4)%,同时采用无机盐类助剂F,其掺量为0.3%,皂液pH值在1.5~2.5之间,可得到良好提升效果。To improve construction workability of high-performance emulsified asphalt,this paper takes long-term storage stability,Engler viscosity and emulsion breaking time of emulsified asphalt as evaluation indexes.The effects of emulsifier type and dosage,asphalt solid content,additives on the performance of modified emulsified asphalt were studied through laboratory tests,and the improvement scheme of construction workability of emulsified asphalt was determined.The results show that the emulsifier type is Type A,and the content is 1.2%;Asphalt solid content is(A-4)%;The inorganic salt additive type is the additive F,with a content of 0.3%,and the pH value of the soap liquid is between 1.5 and 2.5.
