摘  要:皮革类汽车内饰在人们生活中普遍使用,但汽车内饰的材质人们仅从外观上很难进行鉴别。研究利用傅里叶变换红外光谱法对汽车内饰样品的材质进行定性鉴定。研究结果表明,使用傅里叶红外光谱法分析皮革汽车内饰样品的材质,具有准确度和灵敏度高、试验速度快、对样品破损小、所用样品量少等优点,该方法能准确快速地分辨出真皮革和人造革。Automotive interior are widely used in people's life,but the material of automotive interior is difficult to identify only from the appearance.In this paper,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy was used to qualitatively identify the material of automotive interior samples.The results show that using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy to analyze the material of leather automotive interior samples has the advantages of high accuracy and sensitivity,fast test speed,small damage to samples,and small sample size used.This method can accurately and quickly distinguish real leather and artificial leather.
