摘  要:为了满足煤矿井防治水对注浆堵水材料综合性能的要求,首先将聚乙烯醇纤维使用高分子多元醇和抗氧剂1010进行改性,制备出新型改性聚乙烯醇纤维,然后再将其与复合硅酸盐水泥和水泥分散剂相结合,制备出一种适用于煤矿井防治水的水泥基纤维复合注浆堵水材料,考察了新型改性聚乙烯醇纤维加量对注浆堵水材料力学性能、抗渗性能以及耐老化性能的影响。结果表明,改性后的聚乙烯醇纤维力学性能和韧性均有明显提升。随着新型聚乙烯醇纤维加量的逐渐增大,水泥基纤维复合注浆堵水材料的力学性能和抗渗性能均是先增强后减弱。当新型改性聚乙烯醇纤维的加量为0.6%时,水泥基纤维复合注浆堵水材料的力学性能和抗渗性能可达最佳,此时,水泥基纤维复合注浆堵水材料经过热老化10d后,抗压强度和抗折强度分别降低了2.38%和4.99%,降幅均比较小,材料的耐老化性能较好。In order to meet the comprehensive performance requirements of grouting and water blocking materials for coal mine well water prevention and control,polyvinyl alcohol fibers were first modified with high molecular weight polyols and antioxidant 1010 to prepare a new type of modified polyvinyl alcohol fiber.Then,it was combined with composite portland cement and cement dispersant to prepare a cement-based fiber composite grouting and water blocking material suitable for coal mine well water prevention and control.The influence of the dosage of the new modified polyvinyl alcohol fiber on the mechanical properties,impermeability,and aging resistance of the grouting and water blocking material was investigated.The results showed that the mechanical properties and toughness of the modified polyvinyl alcohol fibers were significantly improved.With the gradual increase of the dosage of new polyvinyl alcohol fibers,the mechanical and anti-seepage properties of cement-based fiber composite grouting and water blocking materials were first enhanced and then weakened.When the dosage of the new modified polyvinyl alcohol fiber is 0.6%,the mechanical and anti-seepage properties of the cement-based fiber composite grouting water blocking material can reach the best.At this time,after heating and aging for 10 days,the compressive strength and flexural strength of the cement-based fiber composite grouting water blocking material decreased by 2.38%and 4.99%,respectively,with a relatively small decrease,indicating good aging resistance of the material.
