摘　　要：以绿色低碳环保的氟硅橡胶为原料,通过添加一系列助剂制备一种环境友好型的内浮顶储罐密封橡胶,通过热空气老化试验及热油老化试验证明该密封橡胶具有优异的耐老化性和耐油性。并通过阿累尼乌斯公式对其使用寿命进行预测,得出其在施加应力后仍能保持24.5年的使用寿命。因此,该橡胶具备高服役寿命,能够提高设备的使用期限,降低密封材料更换频次,避免因VOCs泄露对生态环境造成的风险。In this paper,green,low-carbon and environmentally friendly fluoro-silicone rubber was used as raw material,by adding a series of additives to it,an environmentally friendly sealing rubber for internal floating roof storage tank was prepared.It is proved that the sealing rubber has excellent aging resistance and oil resistance through hot air aging test and hot oil aging test.Its service life is predicted by Arrhenius formula,and it is concluded that it can maintain a service life of 24.5 years after applying stress.Therefore,this rubber has a high service life,which can extend the service period of equipment and reduce the frequency of replacing sealing materials,avoiding the risk caused by VOCs leakage to the ecological environment.
