摘 要:相变材料作为房屋建筑领域重要的保温材料,具有很大的发展潜力。该文介绍了相变材料的分类与应用于房屋保温领域的性能特点,综述了相变材料应用于房屋保温领域的应用原理与研究进展,包括相变石膏板、相变混凝土、相变水泥砂浆等。最后,指出了当前相变材料在建筑节能领域面临的研究问题与难点,并对未来的相变材料发展方向进行了展望。As an important insulation material in the field of building construction,phase change material has great potential for development.The classification of phase change materials and their performance characteristics in the field of building insulation were introduced,and the application principles and research progress of phase change materials in the field of building insulation were summarized,including phase change gypsum board,phase change concrete,phase change cement mortar,etc.Finally,the research problems and difficulties faced by phase change materials in the field of building energy efficiency were pointed out,and the future development direction of phase change materials was discussed.
