室内设计中的聚乙烯复合材料应用研究进展

摘　　要：该文所指聚乙烯复合材料是采用果木壳、秸秆、薄木板等材料和聚乙烯树脂通过特定挤出或热压等工艺处理而获取的一种复合材料,其抗弯曲和抗压性能接近硬木质材料,同时弹性模量较高,防腐与防水性能均十分优良,加工方便,目前已逐渐应用于家具制造、装饰板材制作等领域。该文介绍了此类聚乙烯复合材料的特性,综合阐述了聚乙烯复合材料在室内设计装饰板材与家具制造领域的具体应用进展。提出采用聚乙烯复合材料进行仿真冰场搭建、室内装饰与家具制造,可在降低加工难度的同时节约制作成本,在未来具有广阔的应用前景。In this paper,polyethylene composite material refers to a type of composite material obtained through specific extrusion or hot pressing processes using materials such as fruit wood shells,straw,and thin wooden boards,as well as polyethylene resin.Its bending and compressive properties are similar to those of hardwood materials,and its elastic modulus is high.It has excellent anti-corrosion and water resistance,and is easy to process.Currently,it has gradually been applied in furniture manufacturing,decorative board production,and other fields.This article introduces the characteristics of polyethylene composite materials and comprehensively elaborates on the specific application progress of polyethylene composite materials in the fields of interior design,decorative panels,and furniture manufacturing.The proposal to use polyethylene composite materials for simulation ice rink construction,indoor decoration,and furniture manufacturing can reduce processing difficulties while saving production costs,and has broad application prospects in the future.
