摘 要:为了研究酸性片麻岩集料与改性沥青的黏附特性,将硅烷偶联剂KH550、硅藻土和KH550/硅藻土掺至苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(SBS)和SBS/胶粉改性沥青中。利用接触角测量仪测试片麻岩集料与改性沥青的接触角,基于表面能理论计算片麻岩集料与改性沥青的黏附功、剥落功和配伍性(ER);利用拉拔试验定量研究KH550、硅藻土单一改性剂及KH550/硅藻土复合改性剂对改性沥青与片麻岩集料黏附性能的影响。结果表明,KH550和硅藻土可提升改性沥青的表面能,且复合改性效果优于单一改性。掺入KH550、硅藻土及KH550/硅藻土增加了改性沥青与片麻岩集料的黏附功和配伍性(ER)。KH550和硅藻土提高了改性沥青与片麻岩集料的黏结强度,且复合改性效果最优。此外,SBS/胶粉改性沥青与片麻岩集料的黏附性优于SBS。In order to study the adhesion characteristics of acid gneiss aggregate and modified asphalt,silane coupling agent KH550,diatomite and KH550/diatomite were added to styrene-butadiene-styrene(SBS)and SBS/crumb rubber modified asphalts.The contact angle between gneiss aggregate and modified asphalt was measured with a contact angle meter.And the adhesion work,peeling work and compatibility ER of gneiss aggregate and modified asphalt were calculated based on the surface energy theory.The influence of KH550,diatomite and KH550/diatomite on the adhesion of modified asphalt and gneiss aggregate was quantitatively studied by the pull-out test.The results show that KH550 and diatomite can enhance the surface energy of modified asphalt,and the composite modification effect is better than that of single modification.KH550,diatomite and KH550/diatomite increase the adhesion work and compatibility ER of modified asphalt and gneiss aggregate.KH550 and diatomite can improve the bond strength of modified asphalt and gneiss aggregate,and the composite modification has the best effect.In addition,the adhesion between SBS/crumb rubber modified asphalt and gneiss aggregate is better than that of SBS.
