摘 要:采用菱镁水泥裹覆氯盐制备一种新型缓释防腐蓄盐砂(SSS)。采用SSS分别替代AC-13和SMA-13型沥青混合料中集料体积10%,15%和20%。通过碳钢腐蚀率和电导率试验探究SSS的耐腐蚀性能和缓释性能,并通过扫描电子显微镜观察SSS的微观结构。构建不同降雪条件下混合料单位面积盐分析出量模型。通过冰点和模拟雨水冲刷等试验,综合比较两种沥青混合料的融雪能力和耐久性。结果表明,SSS具有良好的耐腐蚀性以及储盐功能,模型可以定量评估不同降雪条件的盐分析出量目标值。掺加了SSS的SMA-13型混合料冰点可达-16℃,具有优异的融冰效果,SMA-13经5年模拟雨水冲刷后仍具有较强的融雪能力,明显优于AC-13型沥青混合料。掺入SSS的SMA-13型沥青混合料与AC-13相比具有明显更优的融雪能力及融雪耐久性能。A new type of slow-release anticorrosive salt storage sand(SSS)was prepared from magnesium cement coated with chloride salt.SSS was used to replace 10%,15%,and 20%of the aggregate volume in AC-13 and SMA-13 asphalt mixtures,respectively.The corrosion resistance and slow-release performance of SSS were explored by carbon steel corrosion rate and conductivity tests,and the microstructure of SSS was observed by scanning electron microscopy.The salt analysis output per unit area of the mix under different snowfall conditions was modeled.Compare the snow melting ability and durability of the two asphalt mixtures through tests such as freezing point and simulated rainfall washout.The results show that SSS has good corrosion resistance as well as salt storage function,and the model can quantitatively evaluate the target value of salt analysis output for different snowfall conditions.The freezing point of the SMA-13 mix with SSS can reach-16℃,which has an excellent ice melting effect,and the SMA-13 still has strong snow melting capacity after 5 years of simulated rainfall,which is significantly better than the AC-13 asphalt mix.SMA-13 asphalt mixture mixed with SSS has significantly better snow melting capacity and snow melting durability compared with AC-13.
